Rates
My goal is to work with you to help you connect to services that will be useful and help you make changes.  

I charge $100 for an initial consultation.  The goal is to get a larger picture of who you are, where you are coming from and what brings you to psychotherapy, as well as answer any questions you may have about me and my practice.
 
We can discuss fees and payment over the phone or during your  initial consultation.  

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis, so please discuss any financial concerns you may have with me.

Insurance
Services may be covered in part by your health insurance for out-of-network mental health services.  Please check with your provider for reimbursement rates (often 50- 80%), number of allowed visits and possible deductible.

I will provide you with a billing statement at the end of every month which you can then submit for reimbursement.

Payment
You have the option of making payment by cash, check or credit card at the end of each session.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your appointment for any reason, please give at least 72 hours notification or you will be charged the full cost of your missed appointment.
